Policies

We do not offer refunds for services or products. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, you have up to one week from the date of your appointment to notify your stylist. Your stylist will gladly make the necessary adjustments to help you achieve your desired look. However, no refunds will be issued.

For products, we do not provide refunds. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return the opened bottle within one week of purchase, and we will happily exchange it for another product better suited to your needs.

No Refunds on Services or Products

At Holistic Hair Studio, we value both your time and our stylists’ schedules. In order to provide the best service for all clients, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancelling within 24 hours of your booked appointment or failing to show up will result in a charge of 50% of the service you scheduled. This fee will be charged to the card on file that was provided when booking the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to create a safe and comfortable space for all our clients and team members. Many of our guests, as well as our stylists, are sensitive to synthetic fragrances, which can trigger allergies, migraines, and respiratory issues.

To ensure a welcoming experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or heavily fragranced products during your visit. Your understanding and cooperation help us maintain a clean, toxin-free environment that aligns with our holistic values.
